Delivery Information
The mattress arrives vacuum-sealed, rolled and boxed and is delivered directly to your door. Unboxing, in-home installation, and removal or disposal of your old mattress are not included. A flat-rate delivery fee applies to orders of up to four mattresses.
Firmness & Feel
The SuiteDreams Queen Mattress has a firm feel, designed for those who prefer a more supportive sleep surface.

Please note: This mattress has a firm feel and may not be suitable if you prefer a softer or plusher sleep surface.

SuiteDreams has been created to bring our approach to quality, comfort and support into the home.
Drawing on Meriton Suites’ experience in creating comfortable stays, the SuiteDreams collection has been thoughtfully developed as a dedicated range of sleep products designed for everyday use at home.
Mattresses can vary across Meriton Suites properties and individual suites, including their brand, model, age, size and specifications. For this reason, the SuiteDreams Double Mattress should not be considered the same mattress used across all Meriton Suites rooms.
SuiteDreams is its own collection - designed with the same focus on quality, comfort and a better night’s sleep.

Warranty & Returns
All SuiteDreams Mattresses purchased directly from the Meriton Suites Shop are covered by a 10-year limited warranty.
The warranty covers defects in materials, workmanship and performance when the mattress is used as intended and properly cared for.
Please note: Mattress returns are not accepted for hygiene reasons. Returns are only accepted where the mattress is found to be faulty.
Care Instructions
To help care for your SuiteDreams Mattress:
- Allow the mattress to fully expand after unpacking before use.
- Use a suitable bed frame or base that provides adequate support.
- Use a mattress protector to help protect against spills, stains and general wear.
- Rotate the mattress regularly to encourage even wear.
- Keep the mattress dry and in a well-ventilated environment.
- Do not fold, bend or compress the mattress once unpacked.
- Avoid placing excessive weight or pressure on one area.
