What is Shop Meriton Suites?
Shop Meriton Suites is the official online merchandise store of Meriton Suites, Australia's largest owner-operated hotel group with over 6,210 suites across NSW, VIC, QLD, and ACT. We offer the same premium products you enjoy during your hotel stay, from SuiteDreams bedding and bathrobes to our signature TWENTY 03 Interior Fragrance, alongside curated partner brands like Balmain Paris, Kevin Murphy, Dermalogica, Frank Green, and Maison de SabrΓ©.
Can I walk into a Meriton Suites hotel and buy a product?
Yes, selected products are available for in-person purchase at Meriton Suites hotel locations. Availability varies by property, so we recommend contacting your nearest hotel beforehand to confirm what's in stock. You can also use our click and collect service from Meriton Suites Kent Street, 528 Kent Street, Sydney 2000, available between 7:00am and 11:00pm.
Can I see the pillows in the hotel lobby before buying?
Product displays vary by property, so pillows may not be on show in every lobby. The best way to experience our SuiteDreams pillows first hand is during a stay at any Meriton Suites hotel, where they're used in every suite. If you'd like to inspect a product before purchasing, contact our team at shop@meritonsuites.com.au or +61 (2) 9277 1179 to arrange a viewing at the Kent Street location. You can use our online map to locate the nearest hotel with SuiteDreams pillows on display and pillow for click and collect purchase.
Is the mattress the exact same mattress I slept on at a Meriton Suites hotel?
The SuiteDreams Mattress available through Shop Meriton Suites is a retail mattress designed specifically for at-home use. The mattresses traditionally used across our hotel suites are commercial-grade products and may differ slightly in construction, feel and comfort.
Our at-home SuiteDreams Mattress is available in Double, Queen and King sizes.
Moving forward, all new Meriton Suites hotels and newly renovated hotels will feature the SuiteDreams Mattress in the same consumer version available through our online store, allowing guests to enjoy the same sleep experience at home.
As mattress types may currently vary between locations, if you are trying to match the mattress experienced during a particular stay, we recommend checking with the hotelβs Front Desk team to confirm which mattress is in use.
What shipping options do you offer?
We deliver Australia-wide, and all orders over $180 qualify for free shipping. Every shipping order requires a signature on delivery to ensure your purchase arrives safely. For Sydney-based customers, click and collect is available from Meriton Suites Kent Street. Orders placed after 4:30pm or on weekends for click and collect will be processed on the next business day. All mattress orders include delivery to your doorstep within Australia at no charge.
What is your return and refund policy?
We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Refunds or exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged or faulty, reported within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, contact us at +61 (2) 9277 1179 or shop@meritonsuites.com.au, and we will reimburse postage costs for returning faulty goods. Please note that EOFY Sale items are final sale, though your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
What is the TWENTY 03 Interior Fragrance?
TWENTY 03 is Meriton Suites' signature interior fragrance, inspired by the brand's founding year. It's designed to bring the distinctive five-star hotel atmosphere into your home. If you've ever walked into a Meriton Suites lobby and noticed that unmistakable scent, this is it, bottled for everyday enjoyment.
Are the personal care products the same ones used in the hotel rooms?
Yes. Our Kevin Murphy for Meriton Suites exclusive range, including shampoos, conditioners, body washes, and lotions, is the same collection stocked in hotel suites. We also carry premium personal care from Balmain Paris and Dermalogica, so you can maintain your in-suite routine long after checkout.
What are the ICON Series and other limited-edition collectibles?
The ICON Series is a limited-edition collection of branded gifts, including ceramic mugs and hand fans. We also offer collectibles like the Pin Vault and the Meriton Suites Horse Bag Charm. These items are produced in limited quantities and available only while stocks last, making them ideal gifts or keepsakes from your Meriton Suites experience.
Do you offer gift-ready options for different budgets?
