Delivery Information
Your SuiteDreams Pillow is individually vacuum-sealed and packaged for delivery, then sent directly to your door.
If you order more than one pillow, each pillow will be packaged and shipped separately.
Once received, carefully remove the packaging and allow your pillow to fully expand for 24 hours before use.

The SuiteDreams King Low Profile Pillow measures 45 × 85cm. While we don’t currently offer a pillowcase specifically designed for this size, our King Size Pillowcase will fit, with some additional room around the pillow.
For added protection and to help keep your pillow fresh, we also recommend using a pillow protector.

We want you to be happy with your SuiteDreams purchase.
If you would like to try the pillows before you buy, you can view the locations where they are available to experience in person at selected hotels with pillow stands.
For hygiene and health reasons, pillows that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is faulty or defective.
If your pillow arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the issue. Our team will assess the product and assist you with the next steps.

Care Instructions
Follow these simple care tips to keep your SuiteDreams King Low Profile Pillow fresh, comfortable and supportive for longer.
- Fluff daily: Give your pillow a good fluff each day to maintain its shape and evenly distribute the filling.
- Wash every 3 to 6 months: Check the care label first, then wash on a gentle cycle using a mild liquid detergent. Avoid fabric softener and bleach.
- Dry thoroughly: Air dry your pillow in the sunshine on a clothesline to help maintain its shape. Do not tumble dry or iron.
- Air regularly: Place your pillow on a flat surface in the sunshine or a well-ventilated area 2 to 4 times a month to help remove trapped moisture and keep it fresh.
- Use a pillow protector: A pillow protector helps protect against sweat, oils and everyday dirt.
- Spot clean: For minor spills or stains, gently spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking the pillow.
- Know when to replace: Pillows typically last around 18 months to 2 years. Consider replacing yours when it loses its shape, support or freshness.
