Follow these simple care tips to keep your SuiteDreams Standard Pillow fresh, comfortable and supportive for longer.

• Fluff daily: Give your pillow a good fluff each day to maintain its shape and evenly distribute the filling.
• Wash every 3 to 6 months: Check the care label first, then wash on a gentle cycle using a mild liquid detergent. Avoid fabric softener and bleach.
• Dry thoroughly: Air dry your pillow in the sunshine on a clothesline to help maintain its shape. Do not tumble dry or iron.
• Air regularly: Place your pillow on a flat surface in the sunshine or a well-ventilated area 2 to 4 times a month to help remove trapped moisture and keep it fresh.
• Use a pillow protector: A pillow protector helps protect against sweat, oils and everyday dirt.
• Spot clean: For minor spills or stains, gently spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking the pillow.
• Know when to replace: Pillows typically last around 18 months to 2 years. Consider replacing yours when it loses its shape, support or freshness.

For the best results, always follow the care instructions on your pillow's care label.
